Game Projects
Moonrise Hope
Moonrise Hope is a free, published videogame demo on gamejolt that I and my good friends William Fisher and Timothy Ebert have worked on for nearly two years in our offtime. The demo has around 2-3 hours of playtime and is made entirely by us through Gamemaker Studio 2.
Moonrise Hope is a story-driven, turn-based tactics RPG about people pushing the limits of their resolve. Lead a party of monster hunters known as Candiffs in challenging RNG-less puzzle-strategy combat that rewards creativity as much as it does tactics. Witness your characters struggle forward and grow together, and decide when to push them further and exhaust their limited willpower. Over 25,000 people have seen our gamejolt page, over 1,000 people have followed us on gamejolt and over 2,000 people have downloaded our game on both gamejolt and the platform itch.io. Troy Adams - programming and writing William Fisher - mechanics design and art Timothy Ebert - music. The game can be downloaded here on gamejolt. |

Weaver
Follow the spear-flinging knight known as "Weaver" through a giant open castle to face bosses and learn techniques to defeat the evil Lord Bimby. This light-hearted adventure features many advanced techniques using the spears, as well as magic, that the player has access to from the start, but must learn how to use and master. This game will be much higher quality than any of my other works thus far in terms of spritework, animation, coding, and mechanics. I'm working hard to make the game look and feel great. I've been working on this project on the side since about August of 2018, so I still have much to do. Though I care more about quality with this than speed. If you want to check out my progress, this is my github page for the project: |

We Are The Last
Colaboration between Troy Adams and Bryce Gattis. This is a proof of concept for a Battle Royale platformer made in Unity using the networking solution offered by Photon PUN. Run around a map with up to twenty players, breaking blocks and shooting lasers from drones to try to kill or knock players off the map and be the last one standing. This was made in a single semester of college, at the same time that I was just starting to learn both Unity and networking. I helped with design, and programming the player movement and the mining and projectile, as well as some of the networking. It's not finished, and we might not continue on it, but the networking works and the gameplay premise is there. We're just excited that it worked! |
Thank you so much for checking out my page. Have a great day!
